I spoke with close friend of mine and former high school varsity baseball and basketball player from Middletown North. He gave us some info about how he came to playing baseball, what he used to do during the off season to stay in shape and more. As a former travel player, it was interesting to hear from somebody who played at a higher level. Chris and I played each other a few times through travel and all-stars, but he was good enough to make it to a higher level than me. I enjoyed filming this video and I hope you all enjoy watching it just as much.
